On May 24, we reached another milestone at Boulevard with the groundbreaking of The Rec Center. It’s now underway. It’s set to debut in fall 2018. And it’s getting a lot of buzz.

The Rec Center will be the place to hang out, work out and jump in. A modern social hub featuring innovative design concepts. A 14,500-square-foot urban center thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique community that is Boulevard.

Active, urban and connected – Boulevard is where the right places and amenities fuel new experiences. One step into The Rec Center and it will all be set into motion. Where you can see the energy in the flexible event spaces. Feel the movement in the high-tech exercise and fitness rooms. Mix in the scene at the pools and cabanas. Hear the buzz and conversation in the coworking space and conference room at The Loft.

Every corner is alive with activity. And it’s all sustainable. With large windows, open floor plans and expansive spaces that allow for natural light to fill the complex.
