The streets were alive at Boulevard’s Street Fair event with over 200 people who came out on September 15 to join in on the festivities.

The party started at the Welcome Haus, where savory street fair-style eats, sweet tea and live entertainment was enjoyed by all. Here, attendees got the chance to learn more about Boulevard plus take a virtual reality tour of The Rec Center coming late 2019.

Trolley rides through the streets brought guests to Boulevard’s newest neighborhood park, The Playground, where they could cool off with an ice cream treat and children could stop for a bit of play.

Along with the delicious food and fun activities, all of Boulevard’s model homes were open for touring. From townhomes and flats to penthouses and single-family homes, there’s something for every lifestyle at each of Boulevard’s six unique home collections.
