For Samantha and her fiancé, Anthony, Boulevard is the home they’ve always dreamed about –a place designed for easy living that offers a lifestyle full of amenities and entertainment options at a great value. When they moved in June 2021, they couldn’t believe the beauty of everything.

“The location is perfect too! We’re minutes away from the freeway, shopping centers and restaurants. We’re ‘Yelpers,’ so getting out to try new places in the community is exciting to us.”

They also love having family close by, which is why Dublin was number one on their list. Samantha’s parents, aunt, uncle and grandmother are only a nine-minute drive away, something this family-oriented couple appreciates.

“We love Boulevard because everyone is so friendly. There are so many young couples with young children; it’s nice to see so many kids about. We don’t have kids yet, but it’s exciting to know that they would be attending a brand new school.”

They also love to cook, bake and hang out in the open-concept family room and kitchen.

“Anthony cooks the most in our home. He loves making different types of soup, Korean barbecue, steak and Filipino food sometimes! I mainly bake – pastries with Brie and carrot cake cupcakes.”

Above all, Samantha and Anthony are so glad they purchased at Boulevard. These days, the couple have started to plan their wedding and are enjoying their new home.
