“Since we’re both working from home now, having an extra room to utilize as an office has been amazing for us.”

As two young professionals working in the city, Sophia and Alex needed a home that kept them close but offered more room to live. “We moved from Daly City in May of 2020 during the pandemic. The chance to own a brand new smart home in a new community was a big seller for us!”

For Sophia and Alex, it’s the walkability to BART and the proximity to shopping and dining at Persimmon Place, Hacienda Crossings and the San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore that make all the difference.

“We haven’t been able to spend as much time with our neighbors as we’d like due to the pandemic, but we’ve been enjoying projects to customize our home and exploring the community on foot.”

Sophia and Alex knew exactly which spaces would be their main focus for all the time they’ll be spending at home. Their extra room serves as a home office, and their garage has been made into a private gym with foam mats, wall mirrors and exercise equipment. Plus, they’ve taken the time to create the perfect oasis on their patio with plants, a swinging egg chair and lights for maximum enjoyment.

Though they’re loving their new space to call home, Sophia and Alex are excited for the future and to get the full Boulevard experience once the amenities have opened again. But until then, it’s homemade pizza, wine and video game nights for this couple in their brand new home.
